Cancellation Policy
Regular Reservations
Cancellations 72 hours (3 days) or more before arrival: Choose either (1) a refund minus a $25 cancellation fee, or (2) a full rain check (voucher) for the amount paid, valid toward future stays, store purchases, activities, or campground services.
Cancellations within 72 hours of arrival: Full deposit forfeited. No refund, rain check, or voucher issued.
Event Weekends
Cancellations 5 days or more before arrival: Choose either (1) a refund minus a $25 cancellation fee, or (2) a full rain check (voucher) for the amount paid.
Cancellations within 5 days of arrival: Full deposit forfeited.
Festival Weekends
Cancellations 7 days or more before arrival: Choose either (1) a refund minus a $25 cancellation fee, or (2) a full rain check (voucher) for the amount paid.
Cancellations within 7 days of arrival: Full deposit forfeited.
Rain Check / Voucher Policy
A rain check is issued as a campground voucher for the full amount paid and may be used toward future campsites, cabin reservations, store purchases, and events. Rain checks are available only when a reservation is canceled outside the applicable cancellation window.
What Is the Deposit?
The deposit equals the first night's stay and is collected at booking. Deposit amounts typically range from $35 to $60+ depending on the campsite, cabin, season, and event.
Important
Reservations canceled inside the applicable cancellation window (3, 5, or 7 days depending on reservation type) will forfeit the full deposit and are not eligible for a refund, rain check, or voucher.
By making a reservation at Hidden Oaks Campground, guests acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
